FuTerm (futerm.com) is an AI-driven trading decision terminal that aggregates publicly available market data to help traders research the cryptocurrency derivatives market. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using FuTerm, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Usage Data

We may collect non-personally-identifiable usage data, including pages visited, features accessed, session duration, browser type, device type, and general geographic region (derived from IP address). This data is used solely to improve the platform experience.

2.2 Account Data (if applicable)

If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. Display names and Telegram identifiers (if you link a Telegram account) are stored to provide account features such as watchlists, alert rules, and trade review logs.

2.3 Cookies and Local Storage

FuTerm uses browser cookies and localStorageto persist your preferences (language selection, color scheme, chart settings, watchlist data). These are functional-only and essential to the platform's operation. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

2.4 Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. These tools do not track individuals across sites and do not build advertising profiles.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the FuTerm platform and its features.
• To deliver alert notifications you have subscribed to (email, browser push, or Telegram).
• To maintain your watchlist, alert rules, and trade review history.
• To diagnose technical issues and monitor platform stability.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

FuTerm integrates with the following third-party services to provide platform functionality:

• TradingView Charting Library— provides the interactive price chart experience. TradingView's own privacy policy applies to chart-related data. See tradingview.com/policies.
• Binance public market data— real-time ticker, order book, and derivatives data via Binance's public WebSocket and REST APIs. We do not transmit your personal data to Binance.
• Telegram Login(optional) — if you choose to authenticate via Telegram, your Telegram username and user ID are stored to link your account. Telegram's own privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider. Cloudflare may process your IP address for security and performance purposes under their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, or as required to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@futerm.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS-only transmission, hashed password storage, and server-side access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

FuTerm is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
