We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

FuTerm is a data analysis and research tool. It aggregates publicly available market data (price, open interest, funding rates, liquidation data, order book depth) from cryptocurrency exchanges and presents it alongside algorithmic indicators and AI-generated narrative summaries.

FuTerm does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation of any kind. All data, signals, scores, and AI-generated text on this platform are for informational and research purposes only and should not be construed as a basis for any financial decision.

The "FuScore" (福宝分) indicator and all related algorithmic outputs are experimental state indicators. They have not been fully back-tested or calibrated and do not represent win rates or predictive probabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

By using FuTerm, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, and you bear all associated financial risks.
• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
• You will not rely on FuTerm data, signals, or AI narratives as the sole or primary basis for any financial decision.
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency trading and use of financial data tools.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from FuTerm for commercial redistribution or resale without prior written authorization.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Distribute, resell, or commercially exploit data accessed through FuTerm without explicit permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls on the platform.

5. Third-Party Charts and Data

FuTerm uses the TradingView Charting Library to render interactive price charts. Use of the charting library is subject to TradingView's own terms of service. Market data is sourced primarily from Binance public APIs and is provided as-is without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party data displayed on the platform. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You acknowledge these limitations when using the platform.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

FuTerm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
• Change features, functionality, or data sources.
• Implement or modify access tiers, including free and paid membership levels.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FuTerm is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that:

• The platform will meet your requirements or be available at all times.
• Any data, signals, or AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or timely.
• Any trading strategy derived from platform data will be profitable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuTerm and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any trading or investment losses incurred based on platform data or signals.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by local law.
